Comment	> Maybe we should have some magic state changes. E.g. if a guest > comments on a closed ticket, it gets reopened. If a guest comments on > a feeback ticket, it gets changed to assigned, or whatever. I don't > think that the update permission is sufficient, because I really > don't want to allow guest users updating the whole ticket.
