Attached file was added "Content-type header" header to whups's mail driver .It did work fine here for me.And hope that an correct solutation.

Here is screen of the notification message that received from yahoo-webmal.All the chinese were break ,in the message source there are no charset specified in it.I guess adding charset information will fixed it. screenshop http://210.241.49.67/~txg16/tmp/yahoo-mail.gif David

Notification message with multi-chars could not view correctly in such yahoo webmail,outlook express. I guess that is because charset information not specify in message. David
