It's hard to tell since you gave no details, but you probably need to talk to your ISP about this. IMP/DIMP hasn't ever had an option to show all mailboxes at once. And I'm not convinced you're using DIMP...

I am unable to view all mail accounts in one window, used to be able to view all mail boxes in one window. I want the convience to view all.
