Will allow us to get rid of 'nocontents' parameter in IMP_Contents.

Refactor Mime_Part so that you can pass it an object that will do on-demand loading of contents. Initial objects: Data stored in stream (e.g. disk, temp stream) Variable data (e.g. memory) IMP: Add object that can retrieve contents from IMAP/POP server
