Thanks for looking at this. I wonder though why all other rss readers display this file with the html rendered. Do they know something that Jonah does not?

The CDATA tag isn't the issue here; it's that there is no indication anywhere in that file that the contents of <description> should be treated as HTML. It should be using <content:encoded> if we're supposed to know to treat it as HTML, or give a content-type parameter.

When receiving an rss feed from a Sharepoint server the <description> xml tag block may contain html wrapped in a CDATA block. The html is not rendered in jonah, you only see the html source.
