Or maybe a new datetime_format pref.

I'm using whups as a bug-tracking system. In this scenario it would by nice do see the TIME a ticket changed (added a comment, ...). (eg to analyse log files) The ticket-history-renderer (lib/Renderer/Comment.php) uses the horde pref "date_format" to display the timestamp. I'm not able to easyly include the time in this (date)-preference. Maybe you should add a new whups-pref for ticket-history dates. Thanks Heinz
