I think this fixes things. This was broken by changes in horde/index.php related to phishing/XSS attacks. However, I don't think we need to be routed through index.php since frameset issues should not be a concern on a failed login. But I have never understood the frameset code so someone else might want to look at this.

If login fails due to wrong password, the user is sent back to the login page without any error message.
