Thank you!  I've been experiencing this in whups and did a quick 
search yesterday to figure out where this was happening and wasn't 
figuring it out.

I finally noticed that if the page loads slowly, the focus javascript 
can take you out of a field you've already started working in and put 
you back in the first one. We shouldn't do that. Will take a little 
trickery of some sort, but should be possible.
