We need to add a pair of delete/add transactions to the history when moving objects between shares.

When I move an event from the calendar that gets synced with my mobile device to another calendar (e.g. an archive calendar that should not be synced with the mobile device), the event is not removed from my mobile device during the following synchronization(s).
