Looks like this was fixed in Horde 3.1.5; please try upgrading, though
you will need to clear out the bad prefs data. You can use
scripts/remove_prefs.php to delete the portal_layout prefs.

While changing a block set as "View an External Web Page",

Web page set to www.aol.com

Title set to AOL,

hieght set to 100

I was trying to exand the block hieght to show the 100 Lines(maybe the
value refers to pixels) but after 4-5 expansions the system returned a
fatal error it follows

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
/usr/share/horde3/lib/Horde/Block/Layout/Manager.php on line 389

This condition is persistant now and I am not able to delete this
block as it is an error inside the block.  I am able to add change or
delete other blocks.  However a single ghost block is always displayed
yet not seen in the manager (I suppose because it exested after the
Web Page error condition was added).

I am sure I could just delete this in the database directly but I am
very much a debutant with mysql.

I did search through the tickets but did not find anything similar to
this.  I am running.
