It seems that a calendar invitation always contains two attachments
with the name "event-invitation.ics". In some cases this seems to
cause that the invitation cannot be read properly (especially in
Outlook). After a deeper dive into the source code of such an
invitation mail, I found out that one of the attachment is transmitted
as plain text, whereas the other one is transmitted as a base64
encoded file.
