going to the Administration Configuration screen, there is the message
"Database migration files not found. Please check PEAR's data_dir
configuration setting.". What needs to be done to fix the problem that
is triggering the message?
We are using Horde v5.2.22 on PHP 7.4 on XAMPP (Windows 10). Pear is
version 1.10.6.
