Stripping attachments would immediately invalidate the signature, so it is probably not a good idea to do that

As a user, I would like to be able to strip attachments from emails, either individually or all. This works for one attachment at a time for normal emails, but is not possible for S/MIME signed emails (and I assume PGP signed emails, but I do not have one of those to replicate the bug on).
