option to disable telephony links.

which would lift usability up one notch.
Currently all icons are cellphones. Application "Astra" contains a
nice icon for a fixed-line phone that could be used for the purpose.

which will hook up to the telephony/dial API and display a dialling
link. This will not be desirable in most cases.
To prevent this there should be a dedicated Horde_Form_Type_Fax for a
fax number or any other non-diallable numbers.
