interprets these words as Wiki pagenames. Such links must be ignored
by the reader or marked as non-links with a preceding exclamation
mark, which can be quite tedious.
A list with reserved words that will not be considered wiki links
could be a solution. The list could be kept as a flat file or in the
backend (DB). For force-using a word as page name the
((link|explanation)) syntax could still be used.
