X-MOZ-SEND-INVITATIONS is added to ICS in order to send or not to send
notifications to all attendees about this update:

X-MOZ-SEND-INVITATIONS:false
- to send invitation:
X-MOZ-SEND-INVITATIONS:true
Kronolith 4.2.11 seems to not support this extension, so every update
made from Ligtning it's always notified.
Could you add support for X-MOZ-SEND-INVITATIONS extension in Kronolith?
