A patch would speed this up a lot.

The filters list in Ingo doesn't show "Spam Filter". This demonstrated by the fact that the $_categories list in /usr/share/horde/ingo/lib/Script/Procmail.php doesn't include Ingo_Storage::ACTION_SPAM .
