"save as" an event in your own calendar if the original event is in a
shared calendar where you don't have delete permission.
The attached patch tries to fix this:
* the list of "target calendars" is shown in the edit dialog
regardless of the "delete" permission.
* the "save" button is disabled if saving in the currently selected
calendar would require delete permission in the shared calendar.
