photos added to turba via the web UI, new photos added via a sync
client, and changes made to a sync client are correctly reflected in
Turba.
It was caused by th horde cache (the cache was configured to cache
file based in a tmpfs directory, but the permsissions were
insufficient..)
A side effect of the failing cache was that the contact image were not shown.
