properties supported by WebDAV, CalDAV etc, you cannot simply make up
your own. You could add a X-HORDE-COLOR attribute to the generated
iCalendar data though.

return the color code for a calendar.
It should not be returned by default and the key should be ignored
where not applicable.
I'll wait for a "this is wanted/this is not wanted" and then do this myself.
