everything that was discussed about it. Turning it off in the prefs
was what did the trick (guess this was a mailing list question...).
Also, I never said it was Horde =P

I'll leave this in at a low priority, but you really need to give us
something else to go on; I don't have a 98 box or the time to create a
virtual machine. Have you tried turning off the alpha filter in the
horde prefs, perchance?

going from Step 1 -> Step 2. So far, I've tried IE 6.0.2600.000, then
installed IE SP1, and then installed the IE Cum. SP1 Update, all to no
avail.
From what I've seen, this only happens on Windows 98 as on my machine
(XP SP2) it works just fine.
