Should all be fixed in CVS now. Let me know if you find anything else off.

Also...  For some reason August 2004 is rendering very weirdly.  It
has six weeks (it should only have five).

Also, month view appears have the "Week #" links off by -1.

The Week 42 (Oct. 10 - 16) link is displayed on Oct. 17, Week 43 (Oct.
17 - 23) link is displayed on Oct. 24, etc.

Also, see bug #707...  When follow a "Week #" link, I get Saturday as
the first day of the week, when it's supposed to be Sunday.

When preference is set for Sunday as the first day of the week, this
month (October 2004) has five weeks to display.

However, the month view code doesn't render the fifth week.  In order
to see the 31st of October, you have to go into November, where the
31st is the first day shown of week 44.  Entries on the 31st are not
displayed.

As a side effect of this improper rendering, there's no "Week 44" link
accessible.  Because Kronolith doesn't render the fifth week of
October, there's no "Week 44" link in October.  In November, because
the first day of the first week is from October, it doesn't render the
"Week 44" link there either.

See the following public Kronolith calendar as an example:
