Here's a patch for kronolith/lib/Driver.php It fixes this bug and ~~bug #654~~.

If a monthly event occurs after the end of the month (like, February 31st) it will appear at the start of the following month (February 31st becomes March 3rd). I can do a patch for this if somebody tells me the desired behaviour. I'm guessing one of: a) The event does not appear in months that are too short. b) The event appears on the last day of the month.
