Well, I don't know who is last Polish translator. He's mentioned in the pl_PL.po and CREDITS files.

When Polish is selected as language, we can see such text: "Utwóż papeterie i formularze odpowiedzi. " in IMP->options->creating message. "Utwóż" is terrible^2 ort mistake, should be "Utwórz".
