No, but I found the issues. There were two different issues for the html and plain part coincidentally.

I only saw this issue on the HTML part (which has been fixed in HEAD and FW_3). The text/plain part converted fine for me. Does this work for you Jan?

Currently, when writing HTML messages, none of the multipart/alternative parts is converted to the message charset.
