Okay, I've turned down the log level. We do have some hooks in Whups
and newer apps that we call if they exist - we don't require both the
hook AND a config setting.

I agree with Vilius, and we actually shouldn't try to call any hooks
if we didn't enable them explicitely.

I would suggest debug level. In general I wouldn't expect Info level
to through so many entries. For example now in Info level I have
mostly logins and logout + Message sent to ... from ... in from IMP.
This is very usefull for system audit.

Secondly, as an administrator I _know_ that there are no hooks.php
files, so I don't want to see those messages. They are usefull for
debugging purposes only.

INFO sounds about right to me - Jan?

My point is, having 50 log entries every second doesn't help at all.
So at least it should be lowered to [debug] or [info] level.

So, what's the bug? You don't have a hooks file, which is being noted.

No, I don't have hooks.php file at all in any of applications. The
error seems to raise for IMP and Horde too.

And *do* you have a valid hooks.php file there? Or don't you use hooks
in whups at all?
