There already is a feed block in Horde 3.2.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this should be installed in horde/lib/Block and it requires magpierss to be available in the php include path.

This is a simple RSS block I made using the MagpieRSS library. I know Jonah also enables you to add RSS feeds to the portal, but I found it to be overkill if you only want to do this. Moreover, the version of Jonah I got from CVS didn't work well with my debian install of horde (there is no debian version of the jonah application). Feel free to add this to the standard Horde install or otherwise distribute this further.
