following cvs@lists.horde.org if you're using CVS HEAD.
Just remove the "clients" entry from Turba's "provides" link in
horde/config/registry.php and it'll work fine.

During initialization of the queue no clients are displayed even
if the client source is set up properly.
The reason is commented out code in whups/lib/Whups.php,v 1.119,
line 623-643. Is the application completely unstable yet?..
How can I set up a queue to create tickets?
