I did see that the characters are supported, but in order to
write/read such a message, you would need some mechanism that would
switch the paragraph direction. Things can get a bit messy when you
combine RTL and LTR words in the same paragraph, but these things have
been solved in open source applications such as OpenOffice and Mozilla
Thunderbird.
