When horde refresh a page (like in IMP to check new mail) all the icons in the page get reloaded together, increasing server load and page reload time (about 70 apache process are created to hande the requests per client). I tried to force the caching of the images using apache mod_expire, but no success to date. This has nothing to do with Horde. This is entirely a web server issue. And remember if serving graphics via https, you are out of luck (they never can be cached on the browser).
