When adding a new event you can't select 12:00 AM on End in Time
span. E.g. select 11:00 AM at start and try to select 12:00 AM to
end: the radio button goes to PM even if you click AM. Works fine
with Start.
Because you can't end an event before it starts. If you change the end
date to be the next day, you can choose 11am to 12am (which is a 13
hour event, not a 1 hour event).
