but as you've shown by using the other user to log in successfully,
something very specific to user a causes this.

After User A login to webmail, it is very slow to show the first 20
message header of each folder.
I have check the httpd log, horde log and php log is no strange things
related.
If I am using User B login, with symbolic link to user A's "Maildir",
it works fine with normal speed.
