Your fix seems to work :-) Thanks, that was really quick! Actually, although I can't reproduce, theoretically the writing mailbox could be open read-only and an imap_append() would then throw an error. So I added code to make sure the writing mailbox is open read/write.

I can delete, receive or move emails just fine Sounds pretty straight forward...just like the error message states. Are you able to delete messages at all? Check the mail server, it's likely not a Horde/IMP issue.

When I click on "Strip all attachments" or just on attachment, I get the following error : An error occured while attempting to strip the attachment. The IMAP server said: Current box is selected READ-ONLY. I run the following version : courier-imap-4.2.0-1.7 php-5.2.4-1.fc7
