than editing the Wiki page. Meanwhile, I cannot even reproduce that
message, because there is no "Edit" button any more, on that page.
Right of the reload icon, there is a padlock icon, without any
explanation. In the HTML source, I read: <img

So, I can definitely not edit that page

don't think it's a good idea to link to the cvs file, for the reasons
you mentioned. And every translator has the Horde distribution
available anyway, so he can look into horde/po/README easily.
The goal is indeed to get po/README into the docs/ section on
www.horde.org, this is one of the reasons why it's reST formatted. A
patch to horde-build-website-docs.sh would be appreciated.

po/README, hence there should be easy access from this FAQ to that
documentation.
The attached patch links to that file in the CVS. As that file is
UTF-8-encoded and contains several tables, it would be much better to
have a HTML version of it in the <http://www.horde.org/horde/docs/>
series.
Please consider also, whether
<http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Config#toc6> should also link to
po/README and to the translation guide.
