The outcome is the same, it's a bug in the modified Horde version that ships with cPanel, nothing we can do about.

No, this is the cPanel version of Horde, not Plesk. I have no idea where the javascript error message is coming from. Any chance your are using a Plesk version of Horde?

my explorer language was first Unicode UTF-80, then tried Turkish ISO, Turkish Windows, ENglish.... no matter my browser language cos even at http://mail.atem.org.tr:2095/horde/login.php?new_lang=tr_TR page there are some script errors as ar line 22, char 9 "Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus" and still can not read body text... still hided in "application/octet-stream"

You can't read the charset from the HTML source, check your browser which charset it uses to display the pages.

Yes, both iconv and mbstring modules are installed.

This combination works perfectly with Turkish locales. What charset is being used for the interface? utf-8 or iso-8859-9? Do you have the iconv and mbstring extensions installed?

Horde version is 3.1.3, IMP is 4.1.3, PHP is 4.4.4 (cgi).

IMP Updated but no change.. Users can NOT read message body when they open mail detail hidden in application/octet-stream link....

Mail body can NOT be seen if Language Turkish Selected , hidden in `application/octet-stream` link so user must open that link to read email normal body . Mail body can be seen in mail page if user choose English language, I ve shown that at attachment as word document. Need a solution as soon as possible cos my all customers are Turkish people.. thanks in advance
