The quota bar overlaps now the header row if you have application links enabled. I did find an issue where the quota bar would not display if application links were disabled and I have just fixed that. However, the quota bar displays fine for me when application links are enabled. See attached screenshot.

If they're both empty, the quota display is misaligned. Try the CSS changes I just committed.

There does appear to be some interaction. It looks like if DIMP's $conf['menu']['apps'] is empty, it'll use IMP's $conf['menu']['apps']. This has been fixed.

There does appear to be some interaction. It looks like if DIMP's $conf['menu']['apps'] is empty, it'll use IMP's $conf['menu']['apps']. If they're both empty, the quota display is misaligned.

If $conf['menu']['apps'] is empty in IMP's config/conf.php Do you mean DIMP's config/conf.php? DIMP doesn't use IMP's setting of menu->apps.

If $conf['menu']['apps'] is empty in IMP's config/conf.php, DIMP's quota display hides some (or all, depending on browser) of the... Messages x - y of z status line in the upper right corner of the mailbox / message display frame.
