Right, because you're an admin, Horde never looks for the permission
for you. If you want the permission to exist, just create it through
the perms admin page.

Yes, it doesn't exist. And my log level is set to PEAR_LOG_INFO,
because I need to keep a track of users' logins and logouts. So maybe
there is some other way to avoid this? How to create such permissions?

Another thing is, that if I login, I don't get such message. I think
this is because my username is in array of horde administrators, right?

Looking at the code, this is a perfectly normal error if that
permission doesn't  actually exist. Does it exist? If not, this is not
a bug. Though you might want to lower your log level.

I have configured guest access to agora. Now horde.log is constantly
flooded with messages like this:

Sep 06 13:31:11 HORDE [info] [agora] agora:admin not found. [on line
168 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Perms/datatree.php"]

Sep 06 13:31:11 HORDE [info] [agora] agora:admin not found. [on line
168 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Perms/datatree.php"]

Sep 06 13:31:12 HORDE [info] [agora] agora:admin not found. [on line
168 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Perms/datatree.php"]

Sep 06 13:31:12 HORDE [info] [agora] agora:admin not found. [on line
168 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Perms/datatree.php"]

These errors began to occur *after* I gave access to guests.
