FWIW there are images in spam that apple mail shows me that I'd often
really rather not see. :)
This is precisely what I was thinking about - a spam multipart/related
message that is displaying an image (CHEAP VIAGRA!) to get around
content matching rules.

Changed in HEAD.

I'm fine with changing the phrase (probably either way; it's simpler
and does the end user really need to think about remote vs. not?).

It would make sense to really only protect from remote images. If this
is not possible due to technical reasons, I'm for changing the phrase
as you suggested.

I enabled HTML inline in both IMP and Horde's mime_drivers.php.  Now
I get a message "Remote images are blocked to protect your privacy."
How is this image remote?
It's not - but images in a multipart/related from an unknown sender
should be blocked.  This is probably a grammatical issue.  It should
probably read "Images have been blocked to protect your privacy."
Everyone else agree?

Renders fine here (see screenshot).  Make sure you are allowing to
view HTML inline.

The attached message was sent via IMP HEAD in HTML mode.  IMP just
shows a multipart-related attachment when viewing instead of showing
the HTML part like other mail clients do.
