Your host uses Plesk, right? Plesk mucks around with Horde quite a
bit, especially with authentication. We can't control what they do.

I use Horde in its webmail mode (e-mail programme recommended by my
web hosting compamy). I have set up 3 e-mail accounts (say)

a@ me.com, b@ me.com and c@me.com and all have different  access passwords.

If I sign into (say) a@me.com I get a message saying "You are logged
in as a@me.com". If I now come out of this account (but do not log
off) and then select (say) b@me.com I receive notice stating "You are
logged in as b@me.com", but when I go and check the e-mail for this
address, I find that I am still in a@me.com.

To alter this situation, I have to completely log out of the a@me.com
account and go through the entire process of fully logging into the
next e-mail account. This also applied if I go from either a@me.com or
b@me.com to c@me.com.

Can you explain why the Horde indicates that I am logged into the
required e-mail account, but the programme has not changed over to the
displayed and required e-mail account.

What is required to rectify this problem, as it is annoying to have to
go through about seven steps each time you want to view the other
e-mail accounts.

Yours,

David Gibson
