Basically this is a pretty simple straight forward installation on a
Windows 2003 webserver.  I have installed PHP Version 5.2.1 and have
attempted to install Horde Webmail Group Edition on
webmail.spencerteck.com.  When you go to this URL unfortunately it
loads improperly the URL to
http://webmail.spencerteck.com/index.php/login.php which is not going
to work correctly in a Windows setup, or any setup that I know of
honestly, for some reason it keeps throwing the page that it is
attempting to redirect to to the end of the URL without actually
removing the current page, so it attempts to redirect to login.php
from index.php and just puts /login.php at the end of the URL instead
of replacing index.php with login.php.  Any suggestions as to what I
might look at to correct this issue?
