Committed, thanks! Do you want to claim the bounty? Yes, but I will transfer the founds to another bounty. Currently I don't see something that will interest me. Other then removing DT from permission (#3046 moved to Hrode4) and casing registry object (in Hrode TODO). BTW: how ended with Trean RSS? As I remember you said that you will ask if RSS is enough or an Atom version must be implemented too.

Getting form row data doesn't make sense, because fields are not formatted. So I removed replaced the getForm call with getFormFields wich prepares the fields data (with Ulaform::getStringlistArray).

The first part of a patch ads a api interface to get a list of available forms and detailed informations about a specific form. The second part drops the special permission object and move the functionality to Ulaform main class, allowing to set per from access permission with horde permission administration interface.
