Committed, thanks! Please take a read through horde/docs/CODING_STANDARDS for future patches if you can, to speed up time for the devs to commit things - it always helps if we're not reformatting the code.

In the Kolab driver, importing contacts from .csv or vCard can lead to errors if some fields are missing/empty. This patch prevents trying to set contact attributes when the corresponding value in the .csv or vCard is empty.
