those users who have access to Gollem can attach files to their
e-mails? Is there no way that the other users without access to Gollem
can still upload attachments? When I remove Gollem, everybody can
upload attachments.

registry call. So I guess some of your users have access to Gollem and
some don't?
In any case there's now an error check in FW_3 that fixes this (it'd
already been added as part of other refactoring in HEAD).

doesn't show up. I get the following in my apache log:

This doesn't happen with all users. For those affected however, it is
reproductible.
