pretty much developed via trial and error - but it simply duct tape
until the new MIME parsing can be developed (this is less a MIME
parsing issue and more of a UI issue).

IMP shows:
unnamed 0.47 KB
There are no parts that can be displayed inline.
What is this "unnamed" part? And why does clicking it do nothing?
I think the correct behavior is to show an empty body section and link
to the RTF attachment for downloading or viewing (if unrtf is
installed).
