I don't think you are running HEAD, since the driver is now called IMP_Quota_imap instead of IMP_Quota_cyrus. We also have code to check the quota of the current folder. Can you see if this works for you? http://cvs.horde.org/imp/lib/Quota/imap.php

If a user has folders with different quota roots, only the inbox quota is ever displayed. The attached patch displays the quota for an optionally provided folder name and defaults to teh old behavior if one is not provided.
