In ingo/templates/filters/header.inc, there's a function declared with 
a name (toggleRow) as a parameter to an addEvent call. Permissive 
browsers like Firefox are fine with it, but Safari won't parse it. The 
function seems like it should be anonymously declared, especially as 
it doesn't seemed to be called elsewhere.
