That block does not exist anymore. I've removed it from the default portal config.

The (required) file /lib/Block/mysearches.php seems to be missing in CVS-tree. Whups throws an error (Horde_Block_whups_mysearches not found.) when "My Tickets"-/portal-page is accessed.
