Committed, thanks. Please keep the real name of the file being changed in diffs; otherwise the patches don't apply without manually naming every file (no files in CVS are named .next).

Horde's Administration/Setup/Mail menu has, under the "User Capabilities and Constraints" tab, an entry labelled "If this is not false, it is assumed to be the URL of an alternate login screen which will be used in place of IMP's default one...". It is suggested that this entry should hint to the possibility of including arbitrary information in IMP's login page, in a far easier way, viz. by supplying a motd.php file. Attached is a patch that will add the suggested hint to that menu item.
