This would-be argument contains an odd number of quote symbols, and
some excess string content.
Rather, that tag should read:
<img alt=":-)" src="/horde/imp/themes/graphics/spacer_red.png">
i. e., the original (from the e-mail message) tag's src should be replaced
with "/horde/imp/themes/graphics/spacer_red.png", and the other
arguments left unchanged (except, perhaps, events, such as mouseover,
or onclick, which could be removed for safety). Note that, on the
original e-mail message, that tag reads
