MaxObjSize is also not allowed in SyncML1.0. Fixed.

In addition some specific changes for P800 devices (and Motorola 
A1000) have been made.

The SyncML1.1 only elements SupportLargeObjs and 
SupportNumberOfChanges are no longer sent.

When syncing with SycnML1.0 phones (like A1000 or P800/900), the 
server still sends SyncML1.1 only elements.



It has to be ensured that only valid elements will be sent.
